Bishop Marketing Communications is a family business based in Manchester. Managed by Alison Bishop and supported by experienced researcher and copywriter, Helen Bishop, we are proud to be a family-run communications agency who strive for the best results for our clients.

Founder – Alison Bishop (MPRCA)

Alison is an experienced PR and Marketing Consultant with a successful career spanning two decades, delivering strategic marketing and Public Relations advice for global companies and aspirational start-ups alike.

With both CIM and NCTJ qualifications, Alison draws on a broad scope of experience working with B2B and B2C organisations.

After working as marketing manager at a BMW dealership in Scotland, Alison has also worked for an agency as a senior PR consultant, and project managed her own self-build property. She went on to establish Bishop Marketing Communications in 2016 with the aim of offering businesses a refreshing, honest and results-driven service. Read more about Alison in this feature article.

Associate researcher and copywriter – Helen Bishop

Helen has over twenty years’ experience producing quality content, generating publicity, report writing, training and successful, data supported funding bids in both the public and voluntary sectors.

A Criminology Postgraduate from Keele University, Helen specialises in Youth and Community, Mental Health, Social Justice and Education. In her spare time, Helen manages a successful Community Interest Company which delivers open access youth provision for vulnerable young people across a wide geographical area.
